Terms of use
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms apply to SparkAI Language Learning, run by Michael Sparks (75 rue du Cherche-Midi, 75006 Paris, France) as an individual (not yet a registered company). By using the app you agree to them. Questions: michael@sitebatch.com.
Your account
You need to be 16 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account. Give a real email address so you can recover it. You can delete your account at any time.
Using the app
- Use it for learning, not to break, overload or copy the service.
- Only import texts you have the right to use.
- Don't use SparkAI Bot to produce harmful, illegal or abusive content.
AI features
SparkAI Bot and other AI features can make mistakes, including in French. Treat their answers as help, not authority; the lessons are the reference for grammar. AI features have daily limits to keep the service fair and affordable.
Content
Lessons, stories, word lists and other original content belong to SparkAI's developer. Classic books in the library are in the public domain. Word-frequency and dictionary data come from openly licensed sources credited in the app's documentation.
No guarantee
We work hard to make the app accurate and available, but it's provided "as is". We can't guarantee any particular result, such as passing an exam, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you in the app; continuing to use it means you accept the new terms.
