Si, tellement, tant … que – consequence
Il est si fatigué qu'il dort
To express consequence (so … that), French uses si, tellement, tant + que. The choice depends on what's being intensified.
Si / tellement + adjective or adverb
- Il est si fatigué qu'il s'est endormi.He's so tired he fell asleep.
- Elle parle tellement vite que je ne comprends rien.She speaks so fast I don't understand anything.
Tant / tellement + verb
- Il a tant travaillé qu'il est tombé malade.He worked so much that he fell ill.
- J'ai tellement ri !I laughed so much!
Tant de / tellement de + noun
- Il y avait tant de monde qu'on n'a pas pu entrer.There were so many people we couldn't get in.
- J'ai tellement de travail !I've got so much work!

Tellement works everywhere and is the most common in speech. Tant fatigué is wrong.
Mood
The result clause states a fact, so it takes the indicative: si long que je me suis endormi (not sois).
