Each one, a few, several
Indefinite pronouns refer to people or things in a non-specific way.
The main ones

- Chacun a son opinion.Everyone has their own opinion.
- J'ai lu quelques-uns de ses livres.I've read a few of his books.
- Certains pensent que c'est faux.Some (people) think it's wrong.
- La plupart des gens sont d'accord.Most people agree.
- Il dit n'importe quoi.He's talking nonsense.
- On peut aller n'importe où.We can go anywhere.
Chaque vs chacun
- chaque is an adjective: it needs a noun: chaque jour, chaque élève.
- chacun(e) is a pronoun: it stands alone: Chacun son tour. (Everyone in turn.)
La plupart: plural verb
- La plupart des étudiants sont partis.
With en
Quantity pronouns often use en: Des cerises ? J'en ai mangé quelques-unes. Des amis ? J'en ai plusieurs.
